Chocolate chip cookies
so i’ve probably made over 1000 cookies in my time. i love baking, i’m not always good at it. you can ask my best friend megan, when we were 14, i probably burnt nearly 100 at her house, all with the best intent. i just don’t have a *sense* for it, we didn’t grow up with good farang sweets growing up. i can make kao niew ma muang though easy.
but FINALLY i’ve found the best choco chip cookie recipe ever (thanks to Smitten Kitchen, one of my favourite food blogs).
it’s chewy without being cakey. and edges as crispy as you like!
