Light and colour
I imagine most people view jewelry as a way to wear money (why else would they wear diamonds?).
I’ve always loved the idea of ornate and glowing jewelry. I guess it can make me seem shallow, like a hanger for other objects. But I’ve seen jewelry as extensions of myself, manifestations of my being, because I believe I’m worthy. Stupid — maybe. But I don’t talk about my real self a lot, so I can let bits and bops do it for me….
